Meet MCT Group B
Team name: M.A.D.E. – We are a diverse and multicultural group with different yet complementary practical skills, theoretical knowledge, and personal characteristics. Yet, the unifying agreement for our group is that music is key. We strongly believe in creative application of technology in musical performance and composition, communication, sound synthesis and music production.
We are motivated, passionate, and eager to learn and play, and can’t wait to share our musical identities with each other and the rest of the MCT students.
Team Members Bio
Dmitry Vasilev
Acoustical Engineer and musician. Recent graduate with a M.Sc. in acoustics and a passion for music. By participating in the MCT programme I aim to gain more knowledge about music technology and further strengthen my knowledge of musical programming and applications of machine learning in sound design and music cognition.
Ashane Silva
Ashane Silva is a drummer, audio producer, composer, and the founder of the audio project “The Terra Tomorrow”, as well as the founder of “Fatpuppy Audio Productions”. He is a graduate of the University of Colombo, Sri Lanka, in financial mathematics and currently following the MCT programme at the University of Oslo, Norway.
Mari Lesteberg
Mari is a vocalist, keyboard player, composer and producer, located in Oslo. Her main project is the progressive rock band, Fraction Distraction, where Mari is the vocalist, keyboardist and main composer. In spring 2017, Mari joined as a keyboard player in the progressive rock band Suburban Savages.

Eigil Aandahl
Eigil Aandahl (pronounced Aygil On’dahl) :loud_sound: 24 y old from Tromsø in northern Norway. BA in music technology from NTNU. Plays percussion and synthesizers, with a particular interest in modular synthesizers interfacing with digital tech. Is not that active on social media, but can be found on Facebook, Instagram, and Discord as Eigil94. Other activities include swimming, hiking and playing different videogames, and can be found on Steam.
